Amplify Technology Names Adam Scully-Power Managing Director of Enterprise Strategy

Amplify Technology announced the appointment of Adam Scully-Power as managing director of enterprise strategy.

The company said Scully-Power will lead its enterprise sales organization as Amplify expands its platform for registered investment advisory firms and wealth management companies.

Before joining Amplify, Scully-Power spent 23 years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where he became a senior investment director and worked on goals-based investing and multi-asset model portfolios. He later served as senior investment strategist at Brighthouse Financial and most recently worked as managing director at Nebo Wealth, a GMO company.

Amplify said Scully-Power's background includes investment management, insurance strategy and wealth technology.

"We are building for sophisticated businesses run by people who have spent long careers in this industry," said Aaron Brodt, co-founder of Amplify. "Adam understands the full system, from investments to technology and firm infrastructure connect, and he knows what it takes to grow without losing the unique philosophy that makes a firm great. That perspective is exactly what Amplify's current stage of growth demands."

The company said it currently supports $24.5 billion in assets on its platform and serves 655 advisors across 39,528 client households.

Amplify said it has expanded its workforce since 2024 and recently added Kim Hill as chief revenue officer and Jason Rowley as president.

"The most consequential decisions a wealth management firm makes are operational," said Scully-Power. "How a firm is built determines whether it can grow, deliver the client experience at scale and, ultimately, the value of the enterprise. Amplify is the platform I wish existed when I was on the other side of the conversation. I'm here because I believe in what we do for firms who are serious about building something lasting."
